Frequently Asked Questions

Routine maintenance is the customer’s responsibility. Please follow the manufacturer’s cleaning instructions. However, we offer a one-hour professional cleaning service for $99. 


No. There are no deductibles, trip charges, or out-of-pocket fees for parts or services covered under Tier 1. Extended coverage requires a $99 co-pay. 


If your furniture cannot be repaired or replacement parts are discontinued, you will receive a store credit per the terms and conditions, redeemable only at the original purchase location. 


Yes. Service is available in all 50 states, and most replacement parts can be shipped anywhere. However, reselected furniture must be chosen at the original purchase location. 


Plan documents are emailed a few weeks after delivery but are not required to file a claim. For a replacement copy, contact claims@raptns.com. 


All claims are processed within 24 hours, with repairs or replacements scheduled promptly based on availability.   


We Do! We work with certified professional technicians to ensure high-quality repairs are completed.

Common locations include under the footrest on reclining units and beneath seat cushions on stationary pieces. 


 You must file a claim within 90 days of noticing the damage. 


No, a replacement item does not come with new coverage, but you can purchase a new protection plan at the store. 


Replacement or reselection authorization paperwork is valid for six months. 


Yes, we provide a customer dashboard https://5starservice.net once the claim has been filed where the customer can monitor all claim activity.
